What users must not upload or create

You may not use the service to upload, generate, distribute, or attempt to create content that:

• contains sexually explicit content, pornography, or exploitative nudity,
• depicts minors in a sexualized way or otherwise involves child sexual abuse material,
• contains graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content intended to glorify harm,
• promotes hate, extremism, harassment, or discrimination against protected groups,
• is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or invasive of another person's privacy,
• uses another person's image without permission where consent is required,
• is intended to deceive, impersonate, or create misleading deepfakes,
• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, or
• is used to facilitate scams, identity theft, phishing, or other harmful conduct.

How we enforce this policy

• We use automated screening, provider safety checks, and blocklists to detect prohibited content.
• Content that appears to violate this policy may be blocked, rejected, removed, or prevented from being processed.
• We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, repeated abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or payment partners where required.

Safety systems are designed to reduce risk, but no automated system is perfect. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use the content they upload.

Reporting safety issues or infringement

If you believe content on or through the service violates this policy, infringes your rights, or was uploaded without permission, contact us at support@revivememories.co.

• Include any relevant email address, order ID, links, screenshots, and a short description of the issue.

Repeat infringement and misuse

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers, repeated policy violations, chargeback abuse, or other misuse of the service.
